omm365.new.radio.station > if you hear a voice in your head saying that you’re bad, lazy, worthless, a problem … it’s possible to get that voice to stop. when we’re sober, we can learn reframing skills. we can learn to hear new things, and to change the channel when the old radio station starts blaring its static … == happy sober tuesday. i’ve been working on some reframing myself the past few days, about how i LOVE doing financial paperwork, and having all the numbers line up and having the little bits of paper magically disappear from my desk. i literally do my paperwork once every 6-9 months. and this weekend (and yesterday and today) might bring me to the end of this round. i know that maintenance and accountability will make it easier to keep things up to date ongoing. and i know that having a treat for doing the yucky things is worthwhile.
